What is transcription? Contact Mundus Verborum

What is transcription?

Transcription involves writing down what is being said in an audio or video file. Transcription can be used, for example, to create subtitles for a film, or a solicitor may need the transcription of a witness statement.

Do you have a video or an audio file that you need to have translated? The quickest and easiest way is to transcribe the file, or in other words write it down, before it can be translated.

Would you like to have a voice-over done so you can send it to your colleagues and clients abroad? We can help you from the first step, transcription, to time-coded translation and to the actual voice-over. Simply select from the sample of voice artists that we send you and we’ll do all the rest.

Or perhaps you would be more inclined to provide your clients or colleagues with a subtitled file. Our studio uses the most up-to-date technology and we’ll be able to send you the file in any format you need.

Whether you prefer subtitling or voice-over, just contact us and we will help you.

Whether your world is made of written or spoken words, it will be complete with Mundus Verborum.
